The ideal candidate will be an independently licensed Masters or Ph.D. level clinical therapist to work in our Adult Partial Hospitalization and Adolescent Residential Programs as part of a dynamic and multidisciplanary treatment team. We have been pioneers in developing a now well-established therapy model that integrates individual, group, and family therapy. This model is linked to evidence-based treatment principles and has proven effective in helping program participants achieve symptom control and resolve the range of psychological concerns linked to the development and maintenance of eating disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in individual, group and family therapy and will be energetic, well organized, flexible and outgoing.

Direct Care Worker (Full-time/Part-time positions available)
The Direct Care Worker directs, coordinates and supervises the activities of daily living daily and meals for the adolescent and adult patients in the River Centre Clinic Adolescent Residential and Partial Hospitalization Eating Disorders Programs.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; it is desirable for the candidate to have at least 2-4 years experience in the field or related area. The position requires reliability, flexibility, mature judgment, dedication and the ability to deal with confidential information. A gregarious personality and positive attitude is required. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Supervising direct patient care
2. Supervising patients during meal-planning and preparation
3. Documentation of treatment provided
4. Assist and document patient self-administration of medication
5. Drive company van as needed to take patients on outings

Direct Care Worker (Overnight Weekend 12-Hour Shifts-Midnight to Noon)
This position is ideal for students or others who want to work on weekends in order to remain free during the typical work week. This Direct Care position involves overnight and morning supervision of adolescent patients in the River Centre Clinic Adolescent Residential Eating Disorders Program.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. It is desirable for the candidate to have at least 2-4 years experience in the mental field or related area. The position requires reliability, flexibility, mature judgment, dedication and the ability to deal with confidential information.
